Our Pastry Chef Dolli Palfrey has been committed to her industry long before she graduated at the top of her class while attending Le Cordon Bleu.
Chef Dolli Palfrey has followed her passion by catering for many special events which include showers, weddings, fundraisers, birthdays and company events. Her streamline focus has expanded her knowledge with different dietary needs to include gluten free, diabetic, low fat and many types of allergies.
It is through a deep sense of family that has driven her to commit to the values instilled upon her. Chef Dolli Palfrey has incorporated her passion pertaining to the value of food within our community, as it brings us together, during the special moments to be shared.
Through the specialization of baking Chef Dolli Palfrey has created cookies, breads, cakes, pastries, candies, sauces, bars and frozen desserts to a level that is guaranteed to satisfy your palate.
In a never ending quest to pursue her committment to the industry, she volunteers her services through fundraising activities and teaching others to create and experience the passion that she has found through the creation process.
